In collaborating with the Department of Public Instruction, NESC and SEEC are excited to introduce our latest professional learning opportunity -  Elevate Your Impact with Mind-Brain-Education Practices!

This workshop is designed for Grade K-12 North Dakota Paraeducators who work in various instructional roles and support students in many settings. Whether you are a new paraeducator looking to build a strong foundation or an experienced paraeducator looking to sharpen your skills, this workshop is designed to elevate techniques, foster student agency, promote accomplishment, and enhance problem-solving abilities.

Develop strategies and techniques that include:

A differentiated, multi-sensory approach for consistent feedback.
Navigating challenges with choice, flexibility, and effective redirection.
Building lasting, meaningful connections through thoughtful questioning for an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.

As a dedicated paraeducator, you're the heartbeat of student support. Unleash your potential and boost confidence with practical strategies that empower students to work independently, stay engaged, and effectively express themselves. Together, let's create an inclusive classroom where everyone thrives!

DELIVERY: This partial half-day training will be held VIRTUALLY. Participants will engage in a 3-hour training workshop (2 sessions offered Monday August 19, 2024 12:30PM-3:30PM CT or August 20, 2024 12:30PM-3:30PM CT).
