The CREA Beginning Teacher Network is a professional learning opportunity designed to support 1st- and 2nd-year educators, as well as those new to the profession, as they begin their teaching journey in central North Dakota. This network provides practical, research-based strategies to help educators build confidence and success in the classroom.
Participants will engage in learning focused on key areas such as classroom management, student engagement, instructional best practices, and effective routines that create positive learning environments. Planned offerings include CHAMPS/DSC, the Explicit Instruction Learning Series (three-part training), and ongoing implementation support throughout the school year to help teachers apply new learning in their classrooms.
The CREA Beginning Teacher Network is designed to foster connection, encouragement, and professional growth while equipping new educators with tools for long-term success.
