REGISTRATION: This professional learning series requires completion of an MOU signed by the building administrator on or prior to November 20th.When clicking "Register" you'll be directed to the flyer with the link to the MOU for completion.
DESCRIPTION:
Building an Early Warning System (EWS) around attendance, behavior, and course performance helps develop targeted responses at the district, building, grade-level/department, classroom, small group, or individual levels. While this is not a training course specific to Infinite Campus, it is about maximizing the data within it for MTSS decision-making. EWS is a continuous improvement process that starts with the health of universal systems and directs resources to the most efficient and effective response level.
After the training, you'll be able to:
Interpret attendance, behavior, and course-performance data pulled from Infinite Campus to establish a consistent Early Warning System (EWS) data-review process
Assess system health before student-level risk by examining whether universal supports are sufficient
Disaggregate and analyze EWS data to identify meaningful patterns
Determine the appropriate level of response by matching the scope of the intervention to the scope of the identified need
Develop an action plan for ongoing data use
DELIVERY: This professional learning series will be delivered over 3 full-day sessions and 2 online coaching calls.

AUDIENCE: School leadership teams of 6-10 individuals; including Administrators (REQUIRED to have at least one); special educators (REQUIRED to have at least one); instructional coaches; MTSS coordinators; interventionists; lead teachers; counselors.
CREDIT: 2 graduate continuing education credits available for application through VCSU after participating in all required sessions/activities and submitting the application fee.

Full-day face-to-face sessions will be hosted at the North Dakota Farmers Union Insurance building in Jamestown or TBD based on location of registered schools.
Pricing
COST: $2,700 per team of 6 (+$300 per additional person).
