Jane Seward (Pathways to Reading) and Sarah McFadden (RESP PD Specialist) are presenting this training.
This 3-day training increases teacher knowledge and effectiveness in understanding and application of research on how the brain learns to read (Science of Reading). The training is additionally designed to give teachers an opportunity to reconnect and extend their learning from PTR Level I by working and practicing with the lesson plans for small group, assessments, small group practices, evaluating effectiveness of small group stations, small group note taking and responding to errors. Who should attend? Educators who have completed Level I PTR training and/or educators who have completed Level I and Level II PTR training. Your registration is for July 16-28 at Belfield Public School. One credit is available through Dickinson State University.
A minimum of 15 participants is required for the 3-day session to take place!
From July 16-18, 2024, sessions will begin at 8:00 am and end at 3:30 pm
