This session will support North Dakota school leadership teams—especially those participating in the ND Climbs grant—in developing Local Literacy Plans (LLPs) aligned with the North Dakota Literacy Plan. Participants will receive structured, facilitated support to translate state guidance into practical, local implementation plans. School teams attending will benefit from collaborative planning processes that ensure alignment with state priorities, strengthen shared understanding of local needs, build local ownership of literacy improvement efforts, and guide teams from planning to actionable next steps.
