Description

This Community of Practice provides access to facilitation of the open source asynchronous UFLI training; accessible free of charge (optional), data analysis; and implementation planning support.
*Purchase of the UFLI manual is a prerequisite.

*Asynchronous training information and access will be sent upon registration.

Objectives:

• Understand the conditions necessary for successful implementation (time commitment, complimentary materials, etc.)
• Evaluate the scope and sequence of the supplementary / intervention resource
• Create a plan for implementing the supplementary / intervention resource, based on data

Scope and Sequence:

1. Step One: Acquire Materials
   1. Purchase UFLI manual (prerequisite)
2. Step Two: Asynchronous UFLI Training (Choose option A or B)
   1. Complete independently
      1. Asynchronous training information and access will be sent upon registration
   2. Engage in half-day, face-to-face facilitated training with experienced literacy leaders on day of the Guided Implementation Support.
3. Step Three: Guided Implementation Support
   1. Face-to-face, half day facilitated training (Select AM or PM Session when registering)
