DESCRIPTION
This virtual, six-hour workshop is for paraeducators/tutors and their supervisors.
All the adults in a school - including paraeducators and other support staff - have a part to play in modeling responsible behavior and contributing to students' success.
Participants will learn:
Based on Parapro: Supporting the Instructional Process, this course gives paraeducators the information they need to support students in a way that allows them to focus more on schoolwork and less on misbehavior.

NOTE: This workshop allows for 100 participants per offering. Please register by January 11th to ensure that the book, ParaPro: Supporting the Instructional Process will be delivered to your school in time for the training.
It will be repeated throughout the two-year grant, providing flexible access for school personnel during contract time and within school year calendars.
DELIVERY: This single-day training will be delivered VIRTUALLY.

CREDIT: This training will count for 6 hours of Cafeteria Credit (for those eligible for Graduate Credit).
