How might schools use formative assessment for effective ND Standards instruction and student success?
Explicit Instruction: Practice supports teachers in growing practice for learners for retention of foundational and standard level skills. Participants will discuss deliberate practice, fluency practice, cumulative review, spaced practice, retrieval and retention practice. In addition, participants will select a practice opportunity to meet student needs and plan for next steps.
Audience: Participants may include administrators, classroom educators, and support educators (strategists, interventionists, Title, instructional coaches, etc.). Schools may bring their entire staff, an elementary or secondary team, or a teaching team.

NOTE: This event requires a minimum number of participants to host.
**Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the session. Participants who do not attend and fail to provide timely cancellation notice will remain responsible for any associated costs. Refunds and make-up opportunities will not be provided for no-shows.
